Price Match Promise
At Cluny Country we're committed to offering great service and unbeatable value for money whether you choose to buy or trade-in in store, from our website, or through our UK sales line. We understand that price is important, and so we regularly check our prices against competitors and suppliers. If we find a competitor offering a better nationwide price for an identical product, in stock, and sold with the same service conditions, we will lower our price to match it immediately.
Who do we match?
We only match companies that sell direct (not via marketplaces or auction sites) as these retailers offer a level of service and warranties that are of a comparable nature to Cluny Country.
We will not match companies that do not sell genuine UK stock, commonly referred to as "grey import products".
A "grey import" is a product that has been imported from a country outside of the EU and therefore outside of the manufacturers authorised trading channels. Goods that are purchased in this manner may not include VAT in the price of goods, so the pricing can seem extremely competitive however there are risks associated with buying grey import.

To price match call us on 01592 882600 or email us at sales@clunystore.co.uk with your contact information, the price you want us to match and a link to the website on which you've seen the better price. We'll check the competitors website and contact you.
Price Match conditions
We can only match like for like items (including brand & model), that are in stock with us, not marked in anyway by a competitor as a clearance line, limited stock, limited offer or limited availability, and available for immediate delivery/collection from a listed competitor. The competitors price must be available to all customers and include all applicable delivery charges. This promise is only valid at the time of sale and cannot be contested on any previous orders.
